Juicing seems to be the latest health craze. We aren’t talking apple juice and orange juice, either. Here are two recipes that incorporate entire fruits and vegetables that will give your immune system a boost, increase energy and zap sugar cravings.

1. Boost Energy

Set the coffee aside and reach for these fruits and vegetables to wake up! The chlorophyll in these veggies helps oxygenate blood which can boost physical energy.

Ingredients:

1 large cucumber
8 stalks celery
1 handful kale
1 handful spinach
1 handful parsley
1/4 lemon (with rind if organic)
1-inch piece ginger

2. For Sweet Cravings

Can’t stop thinking of sweets? Celery juice provides electrolytes which can take those stubborn sugar cravings down a notch. Cinnamon also contains compounds that help regulate blood sugar.

Ingredients:

2 apples
8 stalks celery
1 dash cinnamon
