There is no question that gratitude and feeling thankful can bring a more positive approach to the way you live and boost happiness. Here is a challenge we have for you that has been proven to boost moods in people. And it’s pretty simple.
All you need is a pen and paper. Each night try and write something you are thankful for. Reports from people you have participated in this project show that people have higher levels of determination, enthusiasm and energy.
